"Great experience!"
This was my first experience with Tradesy and I couldn't be happier! I scored a great deal on a Kate Spade handbag, and the entire experience was painless - easy to place an order and good communication from Tradesy and the seller. And despite ordering this in the middle of the year-end holidays, I received it more quickly than I have received many orders placed in 2020 through large retailers. Would definitely order through Tradesy again!

"Received incorrect item, BUT!"
I received the incorrect item, but the seller was very apologetic during the entire process and wants to make sure I get the item I actually purchased. Tradesy has also been extremely helpful with regards to helping me send back the incorrect item, with no issues, and getting the correct item repurchased and sent to me. Definitely would order again, from the seller and Tradesy. Mistakes do happen, but I am grateful that everyone is working together to correct this.
